Clean up, answer and dedupe support tickets with three scheduled agents
Augment Code's team, in a post by Andre Chang, was losing several hours a day to sorting customer tickets. Reports were vague, bundled several issues, or repeated old ones. They built three agents with their Auggie CLI, run from GitHub workflows. A labeling agent rewrites unclear titles, splits mixed tickets and tags type, area and priority every hour. A support agent checks past tickets and the codebase, and replies only when it is highly confident. A daily triage agent closes duplicates into a master ticket and links related ones in Linear. Triage time fell from hours to minutes. Handled tickets get answers within hours, not days. The post gives no ticket counts or accuracy, and it promotes Augment's own CLI.
