Run support investigations inside a coding agent wired to logs and tickets
Cursor's technical support team, in a post by Kody Fisher and Zach Hudson, works customer tickets inside Cursor itself. They keep several product repos in one workspace and start in Ask Mode, tracing a symptom back through the code. MCP servers pull in customer account data, Datadog logs, Slack threads, Notion runbooks and Linear tickets, so nothing needs a separate search. Slash commands cover repeat steps like searching known issues, drafting a reply that hides internal names, and filing a formatted Linear bug. Doc fixes go to a cloud agent from Slack, which opens a pull request. The team says Cursor now handles over 75% of its support work, and each engineer gets through 5 to 10 times more. This is Cursor describing its own product.
