Build your own ticket triage and reply scripts with a Claude Code skill
GitHub user nbashaw published claude-cs, a Claude Code skill that walks a team through building its own support automation. It asks which help desk, billing and database tools you run, then writes TypeScript scripts to list tickets, reply, close, refund and cancel. It also creates reply templates. In daily use you type one command. Claude lists every open ticket, sorts them by urgency and suggests the worst one first. It gathers billing and account context, drafts a reply, and sends only after you approve. The README says the same approach built support tooling for Lex: 15 scripts across HelpScout, Stripe and PostgreSQL, handling about 80% of support tasks with yes or no approvals. Database access is read-only.
