Turn one recorded customer interview into a blog post, LinkedIn post and newsletter

Wilbert Kramer, who writes the Decode: AI newsletter, built a Claude Cowork skill for a job that has him recording video interviews with customers. He drops a folder with a short brief, the video and photos. The skill transcribes the audio with Whisper running locally, or falls back to TurboScribe in the browser. It then writes a blog post in a journalistic style. Only after he approves does it move on to a LinkedIn post, and then a newsletter paragraph, each checked by him before the next step. He says the style guide matters more than anything else in the setup. One half hour interview becomes three kinds of content. He gives no time saved or engagement figures yet.
