Give a team chat agent the keys to ship prototypes, builds and client updates

The owner of a software studio with about 20 people runs Hermes Agent on a rented server. It's linked to the team's IRC chat, code repos, Cloudflare, nginx, and a few custom MCP tools. Setup took a few days. First the agent wrote skills and tests for each job it would do. Now it posts PR review alerts, writes client status updates, runs daily iOS and Android builds, and makes quick demo apps for possible clients. Nothing goes out until the owner says yes. They give it 8 out of 10. It still picks the wrong skill at times, moving a session from the command line to Slack is shaky, and it uses a lot of tokens.
