Let a single-job bot answer cold email replies and book sales calls

Max Pidvalnyi (@marioleads) set up a Grok Bot whose only job is to answer positive replies to his agency's cold emails and book calls. His sending tool fires a webhook on each positive reply, and the bot starts a run at once. It reads a written charter each time: the offer, calendar rules, a $600K revenue bar, tone, and when to ask him. It drops out-of-office notes, logs opt-outs, and checks the thread so no double emails go out. Each reply asks one yes or no time question. Bookings, CRM updates and follow-ups run alone, while odd cases need his yes. He reports 20 calls booked in 8 days and 60% of interested replies booked in a week. Just 16% of first replies went out within 3 minutes.
