Draft long public bid responses with an internal AI extraction app
Ordo bids for school district food contracts worth $3 million to $30 million, and each proposal runs past 100 pages. A year earlier five people pushed out 91 bids by hand, often late at night. CEO Hunter Rosenblume and co founder Sheila spent four and a half weeks building RFP Gremlin. It reads a district's documents, summarizes them and completes standard fields, for example lunch type (hot or cold) and which days meals are served. It also flags risks like a district in deficit, which shapes whether to bid or compete on price. Answers land in reusable templates in a Word style editor. Two people now run the process, more bids went out this year and the proposals look better.
