Have an agent re-read every request to re-derive intent before checking code

To keep code aligned with what was actually asked for, a developer periodically has an agent re-read every user message in the project and write a fresh statement of intent, then checks the code and tests against it. For longer jobs the agent maintains a todo document that is reviewed before and after implementation, with notes added as each step closes; tests, logs and poking at the running app back this up. They have worked this way for about six months and say it cuts bugs. Re-reading even ~10,000 messages takes only a few minutes.
