Run automated root cause analysis on PagerDuty alerts with AWS DevOps Agent

OLX India's engineering team wanted faster root cause analysis for production alerts. Their first attempt, IntelliOps, combined LibreChat, the open weight GPT OSS 120B model and MCP servers, but suffered from truncated context and was costly to maintain. They moved to AWS DevOps Agent, triggered by PagerDuty webhooks across roughly 150 services, reusing their existing ClickHouse and New Relic MCP servers and posting findings to Slack. The time from alert to a root cause write up fell from 30 to 45 minutes to about 3 to 5 minutes. They also tried New Relic alerts as a trigger but found them too noisy and switched that path off, keeping New Relic as a data source.
