Run nightly agent jobs that check orders and draft invoices for review

An X user at an AI startup, posting as Sunnyvale, described about 20 scheduled ChatGPT jobs running his back office. Each night one pulls finished orders, checks them against the CRM and creates a draft invoice in the accounting system for his review, then logs the deal and amount in a Google Sheet. A weekly job reads signed contracts for insurance terms and records them in the CRM. Another files NDAs from email into the right customer folders. He also had it write 1,400 lines of commission software, and it ordered two laptops for new hires using his logged in bank and HR accounts, though he had to remind it to save receipts. He says he now does the work of three people.
