Run a one-person studio's office work with a team of 14 bots

Arda Karaduman runs Gand, a one person studio making apps and games, and lets 14 Grok Bot bots handle the office work: inbox, research, server checks, site updates and social posts. A chief of staff bot owns the email and hands out jobs. When a player tested the Amiga port of his game on real hardware and left four questions, a research bot turned the comments into eight GitHub issues in under a minute. Claude Code checked each against the code before changing anything, he made four design calls, and the first fixes were merged about 19 hours after filing. A Monday routine pulls Steam numbers, updates the site and queues posts in Buffer. Anything that changes gameplay waits for him.
