Reconcile Stripe payouts and book SaaS revenue with an agent in Zoho Books
Chintan Prajapati of Satva Solutions tested whether Hermes Agent could keep the books for his own small SaaS company in Singapore. He linked it to Gmail, Zoho Books, his bank, Stripe and Telegram, and the agent coded its own Python calls to each official API instead of relying on MCP servers. It sorted documents, posted draft bills, imported and matched bank lines and queued exceptions, while a human accountant kept a parallel set of books for comparison. Setup took six to eight hours. Stripe went cleanly: 145 transactions and 36 payouts became 357 clearing rows. He had to correct seven errors, such as bills posted at USD 110 without tax instead of USD 119.90, and estimates routine month end work fell 85 to 90%.
