Let an agent triage three inboxes for 30 days, then narrow its job
Jarvis Specter, who runs five businesses and gets 80 to 150 emails a day, gave an OpenClaw agent named Donna three of his inboxes for 30 days. Every half hour it filed each message as urgent, important, FYI or noise, sent urgent ones to his Telegram, and wrote drafts for routine mail. It could never send without his approval. Sorting was about 85% right from the start, he missed no urgent email, and about 40% of mail was filed as information. Routine drafts were roughly 70% ready, turning 10 minutes of processing into 2. Tone was the big miss, along with lost context across sessions and odd CC choices. He now keeps it to routine mail and flags the rest.
