Book meetings from email with an agent that accounts for travel time
A Reddit user in r/SaaS built a background agent that watches their inbox for meeting requests. It reads the proposed time, looks for conflicts on the calendar, then confirms or offers other slots and blocks the time once agreed. Because many of their appointments are in person, it also allows for travel time and the distance between meetings, something they say off the shelf schedulers did not handle. In replies they said it runs with narrow permissions, no open ended actions and explicit authorization. After about a month they estimated it saved three to four hours of scheduling a week. Commenters were wary of granting inbox access, and no build details were shared.
