Cut a dev consultancy's weekly admin with a Telegram ops agent
Farooq Shabbir runs a small dev consultancy and wrote on dev.to about an OpenClaw agent he calls Claw-Ops. The agent lives on a Mac Mini that never sleeps, uses Claude, and reports to him over Telegram. Each weekday at 8 it lists pull requests that are stale or failing and pulls tasks aimed at him from Slack. On Fridays it reads merged PRs and closed Linear tickets and drafts a client status email, which he sends with one reply. It also drafts nudges for client emails left unanswered for two days. Setup took 47 minutes. He puts the time saved at about 9 hours a week down to 20 minutes. The email tone took two rounds of tuning before it sounded right.
