Turn a hand sketch and two measurements into a 3D print with a coding agent
Posting on Hacker News as virpo, a parent wanted to make a small pegboard for their child Oli. They had already cut and drilled the wood and were about to spend an hour or two modelling the pegs in Fusion 360. Instead they photographed the rough drawing they had made with Oli, gave it to Codex and added two numbers: holes 40 mm apart and pegs 8 mm wide. About five minutes later the printer was warming up for the first set of pieces. A few more test prints tuned the fit, and the final model is shared on GitHub. They are now printing a second board for the front door.
