Use a Codex skill to review YouTube analytics and turn voice notes into tickets

Keith Rumjahn, an indie app builder and YouTuber, set up reusable skills in OpenAI Codex. One downloads his channel data every week, spots videos that are underperforming and suggests better titles, replacing a 90 minute Sunday routine. Since acting on those suggestions, he reports channel views up 114% and watch time up 111%, though he credits part of that to simply following through. Another skill takes his spoken notes about app features and turns them into tidy Linear tickets. He runs several Codex tasks in parallel and merges only what passes his tests, and says one feature that would have filled an afternoon was done in 40 minutes.
