Rebuild a no code outbound stack as a staged pipeline with AI scoring
Tom Bonagura's outbound process at Air ran on hand wired no code tools, where one change could break others and failures went unnoticed. Working with Claude and Deepline, he rebuilt it as a coded pipeline in which each target account sits in one stage at a time, from queued to scored to contacts found. Before paying for any data, the system drops current customers, accounts with live deals and anyone on a suppression list, and every stop is logged with a reason. Accounts that were too small or lacked contacts come back for review every 60 days. With the same reps, list sizes and email copy, meetings booked per assigned account went from 1% to above 6%.
