Fill dozens of work forms from public information and proofread the output

A Reddit user in r/ClaudeAI was handed 50 insurance forms, each with its own set of fields, and asked Claude to complete them using only information published on company websites. Their employer had rules on what could be shared with AI, and the task was cleared because the data was public. They then proofread every form and found them accurate. The user estimates the job would have taken more than an hour by hand and Claude finished it in about five minutes. Their manager liked the result enough to make it part of the team's normal process. The main lesson they draw is to confirm data rules before trying this at work.
