Turn one podcast recording into show notes, clips and scheduled posts with Claude Code subagents

Yuri Kruman, host of The AI Wage Gap podcast, replaced a stack of Castmagic, Buffer and n8n plus three to four hours of reformatting per episode with a Claude Code system built over three weeks. Each episode is a folder: he drops in the Riverside recording, and one command sends six subagents to produce show notes, a blog post, newsletter, LinkedIn carousel, posts, YouTube description, titles, clip picks and thumbnail briefs. A QA agent scores every file on twelve checks, and a voice gate fails the build on banned phrases. Another command schedules Transistor, YouTube, beehiiv and LinkedIn. Building takes about 20 minutes of machine time, his weekly podcast time is about two hours plus recording, and each episode costs about $0.65.
